The LLTS MPO Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Public Comment Period is Now Open

As required by State and Federal rules and regulations, the Lackawanna/Luzerne Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization (LLTS MPO) has launched a 30-day public comment period for the 2024-2025 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The MPO’s draft UPWP is available for review from December 8, 2023, through January 9, 2024, at the offices of the Lackawanna and Luzerne County Planning Commissions, LCTA, HPT, COLTS, and PennDOT District 4-0. The LLTS MPO will hold a combined Technical and Coordinating Committee hybrid public meeting on January 9^th, 2024, at 1:00 PM to consider approval of the 2024-2025 UPWP.
