2027 – 2029 UPWP Development is underway

A Unified Planning Work Program is a statement of work identifying the
planning priorities and activities to be carried out by Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs)
within their metropolitan planning area. At a minimum, a UPWP includes:
o A description of the planning work and resulting products
o Who will perform the work
o Time frames for completing the work
o Proposed funding by activity/task
o Summary of the total amounts and sources of Federal and matching funds
